Régler les paramètres d'acquisition (p.10) -

Dans Acquisition Mode, se mettre en xyz et cliquez sur le 2e icône -
tab, check we are in xyz and click on the 2nd icon

Se déplacer pour choisir une position (xy et z) -

Définir les bornes du z-stack avec les boutons "Begin" et "End" (p.15) -
the z-stack with the "Begin" and "End" buttons (p.15)

Dans l'onglet "Stage", validez la position -

Si besoin, renommer la position -
a
Si même z pour toutes les positions, cocher la case "Same stack for all" -
for all positions, tick the "Same stack for all" box
b
Si z différents pour chaque position, décocher la case "Same stack for all" -
for all positions, tick the "Same stack for all" box

Choisir les bornes du z-stack avec begin et end -

Cliquez sur "Redefine stack" -

Faire ces étapes pour chaque position -

Cliquer sur Start pour lancer l'acquisition -

If necessary, rename the position
Click on 'Redefine stack' button

On the "Stage" tab, confirm the position

Click on Start to launch the acquisition
