Ball screw is noisy
grease the ball screw every 1000 hours
readjust the ball screw with the motor
change the ball screw
Mechanical articulations are noisy
grease mechanical articulations

14. Offset between mechanical angle and value of potentiometers

check if the potentiometer's knob is correctly fitted
verify if the copy potentiometer and the cotter pin are tightened
redo the adjustment of the unit (see method "MET09057" for more details)
adjustment potentiometers failure: change the motor PCB
- Stabilized power supply (0-30V DC / 2.5A)

and safety standards within our company. These pads will be systematically incinerated.
