Make sure that the probe is not subjected to strong lateral
forces. Mount LEVEL TRANSMITTER 8185 at a position in the
vessel where no disturbances, e.g. from filling openings,
agitators, etc., can occur.

If the probe can touch the vessel wall during operation due to
product movements or agitators etc., the measuring probe
should be fixed securely.
There is a thread (M12) in the gravity weight, e.g. for a lug.
Make sure that the probe cable is not completely taut. Avoid
tensile loads on the rope.
Avoid undefined cable-vessel connections, i.e. the connection
must be either grounded reliably or isolated reliably. Any
deviation from this requirement can lead to measurement
errors.
