Declaration of conformity

Ventilairsec declares that the VMI® PULSE'R Prestige 2 unit complies with:
The following directives:
- The 2004/108/EC directive for electromagnetic compatibility
- The 2006/95/EC directive for low voltage electrical equipment
The main applicable requirement of the R&TTE 1999/5/EC directive:
- EMC: EN 55014-1:2006 +A1:2009 / EN 55014-2:1997 +A1:2001 +A2:2008 / EN 301 489-
1 V1.9.2:2011 / EN 301 489-3 V1.4.1:2002.
- EMF: EN 62233:2008 / EN 62479:2010 / 1999/519/EC Directive: limiting the public exposure
to electromagnetic fields.
- Radio: EN 3000220-2 v2.4.1:2012-05.
- Electrical safety: EN 60335-1:2012 / EN 60335-2-80:2003 +A1:2003 +A2:2009.
Ventilairsec confirms that the EMC, EMF, Radio and Electrical safety tests have been performed by a
certified body. The official declaration of conformity available on request.
The EC marking is placed on the product - year: 2015
Ventilairsec confirms that the VMI® PULSE'R Prestige 2 unit complies with the ground continuity and
dielectric strength tests.
A test has been performed on this product to validate the essential safety aspects in accordance with
Appendix A of the NF EN60335-1:2012 standard. These serial tests are carried out by Ventilairsec on
each VMI® unit that leaves their production plants in order to detect any production variations that
could affect the safety of the products. These tests are performed on the completed VMI® unit ready
to ship, as recommended by the standard. The machine used for this operation is an SEFELEC brand
SXS50 type dielectric bench.
