5-2. Kits assembly for GENERIS G750 and G950

This assembly applies to stairs and cannot be used on an inclined plane.
If staircase pitch does not correspond to the length of the scaffolding and the castor wheel base is
unclear, install a MASSIVE WEDGE to widen a stair step and ensure that it is stable and strong
enough.
Maximum height of the platform above the ground (lower staircase) = 5.80m with stabilisers S1 for
G750 and stabilisers S2 for G950.
7. Insert the base adapter into the base from underneath and lock it with the two base
generis split pins code 35008.
8. Insert the 1.00m extension into the base from underneath, then lock it with the tow
generis base split pins code 35008.
9. Insert the two castor wheels in the 1.00m
two split pins code
Lock the 4 castor wheel brakes using your foot.
10. Place the 1.50m extensions on the opposite side according to §3-1-7.
11. Assemble the diagonal between the 1
the opposite extension.
Tighten the 2 M14 nuts of the clamp using a 22mm spanner.
Repeat step n°5 for the second diagonal.
Check that the two extensions are perfectly aligned.
12. Proceed with the assembly by adding the second 1.50m extension and then repeat from
§3-1-8.
