3-1-2 –Departure extensions assembly
•
To install the 1.50m extension, remove the 2 split pins from the base. (1 and 2)
•
Insert the ladder into the two castor wheel legs. (3)
•
Lock with the two split pins. (4)
•
Repeat this process for the second ladder.
•
Lock the 4 castor wheel brakes using your foot.
3-1-3 – Mounting the temporary safety guard rails to aid assembly.
•
Mount the two temporary safety rails on rung no. 5 of the ladder by following §3-1-10.
•
The assembly pole is not needed for this.
