Payment system activation

Once the required payment system has been installed, it
must be activated.
As described in the vending machine instruction manual,
enter programming mode and select the menu "PAYMENT
SYSTEMS".
This menu features the "COIN VALIDATOR" and "MDB
READER" submenus.
Use the "COIN VALIDATOR" submenu to activate the side
coin slot payment system. This submenu includes all the
items for correctly setting this option.
Use the "MDB READER" submenu to activate the Saeco-
Card payment system. This submenu includes all the items
for correctly setting this option.

7 - MESSAGES AND SPECIAL
If one of the following anomalies occurs the following warn-
ing appears on the display:
"COF. BEANS EMPTY
"WATER TANK EMPTY
"DREGDRAWER FULL
"BREW UNIT MISS
"DREGDRAWER MISS
the machine stops working and the coiner is shut off so that
coins cannot be inserted.

8 - CARE

When not in use, the machine with coiner box must be turned
off and unplugged from the socket.
Keep the machine in a dry place away from children.
If the machine is not used for a long period of time, it must
be protected from dust and dirt.

9 - MACHINE SCRAPPING

Waste disposal following machine scrapping must be car-
ried out according to environmental considerations, so as
to prevent ground, water and air pollution.
Local environmental regulations must be complied with.
Cut the power cord so that the machine cannot be used.
Take the machine to the appropriate waste collection
centre.

10 - TROUBLESHOOTING

In case of faults or damage possibly after a fall, immedi-
ately un plug the machine, read chapter 14 of the machine
IN STRUC TIONS AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL. If the
problem cannot be solved by following the instructions
presented in chapter 14, contact the nearest ASSISTANCE
CENTER.
