Periodic maintenance
Group head cleaning (daily)
This machine is equipped with an automatic group-cleaning cycle
system.
To start the cleaning cycle of each group, follow these instructions.
Remove the portafilter from the group to be cleaned, then remove its
filter and replace it with the blind filter (current machine accessory).
Put one cleaning tablet (current machine accessory) in the blind filter
and put the portafilter back in place.
Rotate the M dial knob to select the
function and push it for at
least 3 seconds.
When all group cleaning has been completed and before using
the machine again, take at least 200 cc of water from the group by
selecting the function with the M dial knob when no portafilter is
on, then move the lever yoke to pour the desired quantity of water.
