or coffee dose (for coffee 1-2 pouring) is recorded. If the MCS is ON
(optional), the tea2 mode is not available.
Espresso preparation
WARNING
Avoid putting your hands under the group when it is operating.
Do not touch the metal parts of group or portafilter to avoid getting
burned.
To obtain a constantly good coffee, it is necessary to keep the
portafilter (9 Pic.2) always attached to the group head in order to
keep it at the right temperature.
• Remove the portafilter (please beware of hot metal parts).
• Remove any possible coffee residues from the filter in the portafilter.
• Fill the filter with freshly ground coffee (1 dose for the single filter,
2 doses for the double filter), press the ground coffee firmly with
the manual tamper, remove any possible coffee residues from the
filter rim and attach the portafilter back to the group head.
