Starting and using
To use the MCS, it is sufficient to pour cold milk into a pitcher.
Place the MCS wand into the milk and rotate the M dial knob to its
position. As soon as the milk reaches the pre-set temperature
(set during machine installation), the MCS will stop automatically
and the milk will be ready for use.
