Maintenance

Some components, based on the operating conditions, are subject to natural wear. Periodical cleaning and visual
checks are useful to prevent wear.
During maintenance and Service, the following components must be checked for wear, leaks or damage:
Air spring bellows
Air pipes
Level sensor linkages
Suspensions of the air supply system
Shock absorber
If the vehicle is not operated for a long time, the vehicle level can gradually lower.
To prevent deformation of the spring bumpers, in case of a long standstill the vehicle should:
be supported with AL-KO lifting supports (accessory) or
operated at least once a week
Ignition on / start the engine - moving the vehicle is not necessary

Faults and remedies

If the control indicator shows faults or errors, visit the closest AL-KO authorised workshop
The control electronics with diagnosis capability generally allows to find the cause of the failure quickly and
efficiently, thus eliminating the failure promptly
In case of air loss from one or both air circuits, immediately drive - carefully and at a lower speed - to an
authorised workshop
For safety reasons, the air spring bellows used at zero pressure in emergency conditions must be replaced
Our Customer Service will be pleased to provide information on the authorised workshops and spare parts:
