The markings show the
position of the corresponding
burner and the setting
between high and low heat.
The flame setting is infinitely
variable between high and
low.
Turning the wok burner
control knob beyond the
middle flame symbol
activates the outer flame ring.

suitable for use with the
economy burner so that
cookware with a diameter of

Simmering plate

reduces the heat when
using the lowest setting.
Place the simmering plate
on the grid with the bumps
face up. Never place it
directly on the burner.

middle of the simmering
