The gas type change is only to be carried out by a technician authorized and trained under the responsibility of the
Company VULCAN or our local agent.
Before any intervention, confirm and check with the owner the nature of the gas supplies in the kitchen.
Equip yourself with suitable measuring tools and ensure that they are in working order: combustion products
analyzer, gas water column pressure gauge, gas leak detector, etc.... Without these tools, it is forbidden to
perform all procedures installation, maintenance, gas control... on gas equipment!

CHANGEOVER FROM ONE GAS TO ANOTHER:
1) Check the nature of the gas that supplies the kitchen
2) Configure the oven with the new gas.
- Switch on the oven and turn on the control screen without heating the oven
- Select the "TOOL BOX" menu
- Select the "Technician parameters" screen
- Enter the password : « SAVB »
- Validate "V" : When finished, if the code is correct access the menu in not re-enter the PIN number..
