The required height of the loading threshold is 900mm (35.43"). Fig. 2.1B
The rear legs must be fixed using the two stainless brackets provided with the stand they should be fitted to the rear legs. Fig. 2.1C

The gap between the table and the bottom of the oven must be at least 4" (> 100mm). Fig. 2.2A
Adjust this height by unscrewing the base of the foot using an "adjustable wrench".

ELECTRIC OVENS
The fixed electrical supply to the unit must incorporate an appropriate isolator that can be locked in the off position.
All aspects of the installation should be in compliance with current local regulations.
The appliance must be connected to earth.
Electric connection is carried out at the rear of the appliance on the right, whatever the model: Fig. 5A-B
- Remove the right-hand panel.
- Pull the cable through the gland.
- Connect the wires (check the phase and the earth). Fig. 5C
- Refit the side panel.
- Connect the equipotential link to the terminal provided for this purpose. Fig. 5D
Provide an approved omnipolar isolation appliance, (with at least 3 mm clearance between the contacts).
The electric line must be eqquipped with overcurrent-protective appliances:
Voltage conversion from 208V 3~ to 240V 3~
Warning: Only 6 and 10 grid GN 1/1 ovens can be switched between 208V and 240V.
Wiring of the electrical board terminals:
Disconnect the black wire from the 208V 1
and connect it to the 240V 1
the voltage.
