3V-490058NI – 12/21
Data plate:
Replace the two data plates by the models with a good
"voltage 208V or 240V" (Stick them on the previous model)
On the data plate, the configurations are differentiated in
item "Model" by the two last digits.

GAS CONNECTION
Check that the adjustments of the appliance correspond to the nature and pressure of the gas supply. (See section : Data plate).
Connect the appliance to the gas supply via a local isolation valve. Fig. 6A-B
Check for gas leaks: this is normative and under the responsibility of the installer. Gas leaks = danger for the user
- With gas leak / spray detectors, check the gas lines to make sure there are no leaks.
- Pressure point on the incoming side of the gas valve:
▪
▪
▪
- Check the static pressure (unit not operating)
▪
▪
Check the connection pressure / dynamic pressure Fig. 6C
- Connect a water column pressure gauge to the pressure tap, when the burners are working. (all gas appliances in operation, burners lit)
- The gas pressure thus measured must be within the pressure range indicated on the data plate for the gas used (See section 1: Data
plate).
Perform a burnt gas measurement and keep the results.
The exhaust of combustion gases must comply with local regulations.
If undiluted CO levels are above 174.7 mg/m³ (150 ppm), stop the oven certified technician must be called in to check burner settings in
accordance with setting instructions, and adjust these settings if needed. An analysis of the combustion gas must then be performed by the technician.

WATER CONNECTION
- Maximum 73°F cold potable water
- Maximum 73°F cold softened water
- Nature: 168 µm filter integral with the oven
- Minimum / maximum pressure: 14.5 psi / 87 psi (1.5 bars, maxi: 6 bars).
- Provide a local stop cock. Fig. 3A
- Any deterioration by lime deposit (cavity walls, heating elements, fan, hydraulic...) will not be guaranteed by the builder.
- Final connection at the rear via male thread G 3/4" + GHT adapter G3/4" Fig 3A
Attention: Fit an approved double check valve to comply with local water regulations.
- To check the quality of the water supply to your equipment, 3 major factors need to be addressed (see section « Controlling water quality »)

Undo the pressure screw 2 or 3 turns open the gas valve
Connect the water gauge hose to the pressure point and close the gas valve
Check the level of the water gauge for 1 minute. Reading unchanged or – 1 mbar
Check the pressure using a water gauge
The indicated pressure should be identical to or more than that on the data plate
