Troubleshooting
If the hot tub does not operate correctly, first review all the in-
stallation and operating instructions in this manual and check
the message shown on the display. Therefore refer to the fol-
lowing instructions:
If some hot tub components have worn or damaged power cords,
they must be replaced only by qualified personnel, using orig-
inal Jacuzzi® spare parts.
None of the components are working (pump, light, etc.)
Is there power to the spa?
Is the household circuit breaker tripped?
I Contact an authorized Jacuzzi Service Centre.
Pump does not operate but light does
I Press the "JETS" key.
If the water remains still, check the level and make sure the s-
pa is plugged in. If the problem persists, contact an author-
ized Jacuzzi service centre.
The main pump operates but no water flows from the jets.
- make sure the jets are fully open.
Pump may not be properly primed.
- This can happen after the spa has been emptied and refilled.
Press the "pump 1" button a number of times, leaving the mo-
tor running no more than 5-10 seconds at a time.
Disconnect the power and remove the filter cartridge; make
sure you have reinstalled the filter before connecting the spa
to the power supply and restarting the pump.
Poor jet action.
I Press the JETS 1 button to make certain the pump 1 is on.
I Place the air control in the "on" position.
I Check that filter is not dirty and clean as necessary.
I Make sure jets are fully open.
Water is too hot
I Reduce temperature setting.
Water is too cold
I Check temperature setting.
I Keep the spa cover in place while heating.
I Check the settings to see if your spa is in economy mode
(see chapter "Filter cycles").
If the problem persists in spite of these checks, contact your
retailer or an authorized Jacuzzi service centre.
For all extraordinary maintenance we recommend that you
contact an authorised Jacuzzi® service centre and provide,
when requested, the product serial number (found on the
warranty certificate).
Stereo receiver (optional)
BLUEWAVE™ Spa Stereo System
To start enjoying your new stereo receiver, please read the fol-
lowing operation instructions in their entirety.

1. Safety latch
Slide the latch to lock and unlock the protection door.
2. Power Button
Press power button once to turn on stereo system. Press a sec-
ond time to place the stereo in "Standby" mode and the red light
will remain illuminated.
3. Auxiliary Input Jack Connector
Allows you to connect an auxiliary device by using a 3.5 mm
cable.
4. Support base
The removable base firmly locks your device in place. It can
be removed for larger devices.
WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD EX-
ISTS AND EQUIPMENT DAMAGE! Never install or re-
move electrical devices (AUX(Bluetooth) while hands are
wet or while sitting partially or fully immersed in the spa!
CAUTION: never leave electrical devices in the support base
when the hot tub is not in use! Make sure that water does not
penetrate inside! Damage to the hatch or to other devices
caused by excessive force or misalignment during installa-
tion or removal is not covered by warranty.
