Changing the device settings

You can set:
• Whether the device displays the
temperature in °Celsius or °Fahrenheit,
• Whether the automatic device
switching should be activated or not,
• How often the measured value is to be
updated (every 1 to 15 seconds),
• Whether the device should generate
an alarm when the limits you have spec-
ified are exceeded.
You must call up the User-Menu to
change the device setting. For this, pro-
ceed as follows:

Make sure that the device is
switched off

Press and hold the ON/OFF button
until the indicator "TFH" appears in
the display

Now press and hold the key right in
the center below ON/OFF (for TFH
610 this key is not marked, for TFH
620 the key marked DP) until
"USER" is shown on the display
screen
The device is now in configuration mode
and displays the User Menu. This con-
sists of the menus UNIT, SHDWN and
RATE, ALARM, AL LO and AL HI, for
TFH 620 also WBT P.

Use the right-hand key (5, see page
6) to move to the next menu item.

Use the left-hand key (3) to move to
the previous menu item.

Il est possible de régler:
• Si l'appareil montre la température en
°Celsius ou en °Fahrenheit,
• Si la désactivation automatique de
l'appareil doit être activée ou non,
• La fréquence d'actualisation de la va-
leur de mesure (1 à 15 secondes),
• Le déclenchement ou non de l'alarme
quand les valeurs enregistrées vont être
dépassées.
Pour modifier le réglage de l'appareil,
vous devez accéder au menu utilisateur.
Pour ce faire, procédez comme suit:

Condition préalable: L'appareil doit
être désactivé

Appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF et
maintenez-la enfoncée jusqu'à ce
que l'entrée «TFH» s'affiche à
l'écran

Appuyez maintenant sur le bouton
situé au milieu de l'appareil sous le
bouton ON/OFF (chez le TFH 610,
sans marquage, chez le TFH 620 le
bouton DP), et gardez-le appuyé
jusqu'à ce que l'inscription «USER»
s'affiche.
L'appareil est maintenant en mode de
réglage et affiche le menu utilisateur. Ce
dernier est constitué des options UNIT,

SHOWN et RATE, ALARM, AL LO et AL

HI , le TFH 620 a en outre WBT P.

Passez à l'entrée suivante en pres-
sant le bouton droit (5, voir page 6).

Pour revenir à l'entrée précédente,
appuyez sur le bouton gauche (3).
