PLAY DVD'S & CD'S

• DVD/CD Source—Press the 360 power button, then press
the DVD/CD source button, if not already on.
• Tray Open/Close—Press the Tray OPEN/CLOSE (
DVD Console, insert a disc and press the tray Open/Close (
to close the tray (you may also push the tray gently to close it).
• Play—The disc will begin to play automatically only if you are in DVD/CD mode.
Note: If the disc does not play, press the PLAY ( ) button on the
DVD Console, or the PLAY ( ) button on the remote control.
When a DVD is playing, title, chapter and elapsed time are illuminated
on the DVD Console display. When a CD is playing, PCM, elapsed time
and track are illuminated on your display.

BASIC DVD/CD OPERATIONS

• DVD/CD Source—Select DVD/CD as a source (if not already done).
• Pause—Press PAUSE (II) to pause a disc at a current scene or track.
• Resume Play—To resume play, press PAUSE (II) again, or press PLAY ( ).
• DVD/CD Playback
Press STOP (■) once and the disc stops.
Press PLAY ( ) to resume playing the disc from the point at which it was stopped.
Press STOP (■) twice and the disc stops and returns to the beginning of the disc.
• CH/Prst—Press CH/PRST ( / ) button to go to the next or previous chapter
of a currently playing DVD or to go to the next or previous track on a CD.
• Skip Forward/Skip Backward
Press Skip Forward ( I) or Press Skip Backward (I
one at a time to move through a chapter/track.
• When A Movie Is Already Playing—Press (
or CH/PRST ( / ) to move through a Chapter or track.
• Repeat—cycles through these modes in this order.
DVD: 1 press, chapter
2 press, disc
CD: 1 press, track
2 press, All
3 press, Random
• Rewind/Fast Forward
Press Rewind ( ) to rewind a disc.
The speed can be increased (CD: 2X, 4X, 8X or 16X & DVD: 2X, 4X, 6X or 8X).
Press Fast Forward ( ) to fast forward a disc.
The speed can be increased (CD: 2X, 4X, 8X or 16X & DVD: 2X, 4X, 6X or 8X).
Note: Holding Console SKIP (
fast Rewind/Fast Forward operates.
• Slow Motion Rewind/Fast Forward—DVD only
