Step 8
Feed the pull-up bar (80) through the rowing bar (12) and fixate with the lens head screw
(M8x16) (79).
Note: The foam grip (78) has to be snug which may be difficult. Please use a mild
soap sud to facilitate sliding the grip over the pull-up bar (80).
Step 9
Hook up the handle bar (3) or the pull bar (82) to the hook of the strap.
