11. FAQ, causes and measures (UNIROOF AT)
The machine switches on automatically after the blowers have been switched on:
• If the air temperature is more than 100°C when the device is switched on, the device switches automatically
to Cool down mode. The cooling-down process is fi nished when the air temperature is less than 100°C for two
minutes.
Machine switches o automatically:
• In Standby operation, the heating is switched o automatically after the time elapses that the user has stored
(see also Standby mode).
Defi cient quality welding result:
• Check drive speed, welding temperature and air volume.
• Clean welding nozzle (9) with wire brush.
• Welding nozzle (9) incorrectly adjusted (see Adjust welding nozzles).
After 5 minutes at the most, the set welding temperature has still not been reached:
• Check mains voltage.
• Reduce air volume.
Device does not move forward in a straight line:
• Align the track guide roller (16) so that it is parallel and linear to the drive/pressure roller (8) (see welding
sequence).
• Adjust the transport roller (13) to the movable transport axle (14) (see Set the movable transportation axle).
