Filters
Wireless access can be filtered by using the MAC addresses of the wireless devices transmitting within your
network's radius. The Filters screen allows you to control which PCs may or may not communicate with the
Access Point depending on their MAC addresses.
To set up a filter using MAC addresses, select Enable. Otherwise, keep the default setting, Disable.
Filtered MAC Address - If you have enabled MAC address filtering, then choose one of the following options:
If you want to block specific PCs from communicating with the Access Point, click the radio button next to
Prevent PCs listed below from accessing the wireless network.
If you want to allow specific PCs to communicate with the Access Point, then click the radio button next to Permit

To enter the first 20 MAC addresses, select MAC Addresses 1~20, and complete the appropriate MAC fields. To
enter additional MAC addresses, select MAC Addresses 21~40, and complete the appropriate MAC fields.
Each MAC address of a specific PC should be entered in this format: xxxxxxxxxxxx (the x's represent the actual
characters of the MAC address).
Check all the values and click Save Settings to save your settings. Click Cancel Changes to cancel your
changes. Click Clear to clear all the fields. If you require online help, click the Help button.
