Het toewijzen van een BANK-adres
Alle PRO3 KVM-switches zijn voorzien van een "BANK DIP"-schakelaar. De
"BANK DIP"-schakelaar wordt gebruikt om aan elke PRO3 KVM-switch een
eigen BANK-adres toe te wijzen.
• Stel bij een uit één eenheid bestaande configuratie de "BANK DIP"-schakelaar
van de PRO3 KVM-switch in op de "primaire" (BANK-adres 00) instelling. Dit is
de standaard-fabrieksinstelling.
• Bij een uit meer eenheden bestaande configuratie stelt u de "BANK DIP"-
schakelaar van de primaire KVM-switch in op "BANK-adres 00". Elke
secundaire unit moet worden ingesteld op een uniek BANK-adres (van 01 tot
en met 15). De onderstaande tabel bevat een overzicht van de instellingen van
de "BANK DIP"-schakelaar.

Bijvoorbeeld: Vier PRO3 8-poorts KVM-switches (F1DA108Zea) zijn onderling
doorverbonden voor het beheren van totaal 32 servers. De DIP-schakelaar van de
primaire KVM-switch is ingesteld op "BANK 00" (standaardfabrieksinstelling) en de
secundaire eenheden zijn elk ingesteld op een unieke BANK (tussen 01 en 03).
