9 Troubleshooting
The appliance is not supplied with electricity: SCREEN is off:
•
The power cable is damaged or disconnected from the power outlet
•
The fuse of the electronic board may be blown (see section 5.5)
Does not ignite:
•
The burner is dirty, resulting in a large and prolonged release of fumes from the ignition which completely
obscures the inside of the combustion chamber:
o Open the door and stop the appliance by pressing [P4].
o Wait for the appliance to stop and cool down completely, then clean the burner.
•
There are no more pellets in the hopper.
•
If the hopper has already filled with pellets, you may need to pre-load. (see paragraphs 2.5 and 2.9.6)
•
The seals on the door or burner are in poor condition.
•
The combustion chamber, circuit and smoke boxes have not been properly maintained. (see sections 3.2, 3.4 and
3.5)
•
The ignition resistor or flue gas temperature sensor have failed. (In this case, please contact your installer or the
after-sales service).
The burner fills with too many pellets during operation:
•
The supply of fresh air is insufficient for the product to function properly:
o See section 1.4
•
The seals on the door or burner are in poor condition.
•
The burner openings are blocked:
o See section 3.3
•
The burner is not positioned correctly.
•
Check that the boxes and smoke flue have been properly maintained.
•
The smoke extractor does not function properly. (In this case, please contact your installer or the after-sales
service).
•
The fuel is wet.
•
The combustion air inlet is obstructed.
•
The factory settings are not suitable with the installation.
