7.9.10 Menu 10 – TECHNICAL SETTINGS
This menu needs a special key to access, which can only be obtained by
qualified installers or professionals.
Note:
The appliance is pre-set in the factory for reliable stove operation
(ignition, modulation, stop without accumulations or extinctions)
according to draw conditions and pellet qualities that may not be
appropriate for your settings.
To optimise thermal performance (efficiency), you may need to make
adjustments (air flow & pellet flow). This can only be done by a
qualified and trained professional who uses adequate tests. This is why
access to this menu is restricted.

Alarms

7.10
NOTE: Whenever an alarm causes the device to turn off, you must empty the burner of any accumulated fuel
before igniting it again.
In the event of a malfunction, the appliance signals the malfunction by an alert on the screen and an audible
alarm.
Whenever an alarm is triggered, the appliance immediately shuts off.
An alarm is triggered 30 seconds after a problem is detected, except for the BLACK OUT alarm. To turn off an alarm,
press and hold [P4]. After an alarm is reset, the appliance is turned off for safety reasons. When an alarm is triggered,
the screen remains on and, if enabled, the alarm can be heard intermittently. If the alarm is not reset, the appliance will
trigger a security shutdown phase, with the alert continuously being displayed on the screen.
WARNING: During & after each alarm, always wait for the unit to be completely stopped & cool before any
intervention. If performing any maintenance on the appliance, turn the switch located on the back to "0" and
unplug the electrical outlet. As soon as the maintenance or intervention is finished, you can restart by putting
the switch located on the back to "1" after waiting for the appliance to return to the [OFF] position.
Alarms can be caused by a failure of the appliance. If these procedures and instructions are not sufficient for the
appliance to restart properly, you must seek help from a qualified professional.

BLACK OUT ALARM:

This indicates a power failure during operation. If the power failure is less than 30 seconds, the appliance will return to
WORK mode. Otherwise, the alarm will be triggered.
A message is displayed on the screen and the appliance proceeds to a shutdown phase.
