SMOKE PROBE ALARM
This indicates a failure of the smoke probe.
A message is displayed on the screen, the appliance triggers an alarm and proceeds to a shutdown phase.
Solution: If the issue continues, we recommend you call a qualified professional to analyse and remedy the issue.
HOT SMOKE ALARM (excessive smoke temperature):
This indicates that the temperature of the smoke from the fuel is too high due to:
•
Poor maintenance of the appliance. (accumulation of ash in the appliance's internal ducts)
•
A measurement failure by the smoke probe.
A message is displayed on the screen, the appliance triggers an alarm and proceeds to a shutdown phase.
Solution:
•
First occurrence: be sure to perform proper periodic maintenance.
•
Second occurrence: contact a qualified professional to adjust the combustion settings or the smoke
probe.
FAULTY FAN ALARM (insufficient extraction of smoke):
This indicates a failure of the smoke extractor.
The message is displayed on the screen, the appliance triggers an alarm and proceeds to a shutdown phase.
Solution: Contact a qualified professional.
NO IGNITION ALARM (ignition failure):
This indicates that the ignition phase has not reached a sufficient temperature for the appliance to be considered turned
on:

Solution:
•
Check that the hopper is filled with pellets, pre-load the auger if this has not been done.
•
Check that the burner is clean (see section 3.3).
•
Verify that the burner is correctly positioned on its support.
•
Check that the smoke boxes and smoke paths are properly cleaned (see sections 3.4 and 3.5).
OUT OF PELLETS ALARM:
This indicates that the fuel tank (hopper) is empty.
Solution:
•
Fill the hopper with pellets, pre-load the auger.
•
Remove all fuel from the burner.
•
Pre-load the auger (see section 2.9.6)
WARNING: If the flame is extinguished during combustion, correct and increase the calibration setting from MENU 08 -
PELLET TYPE.
