7 Using the Cannelé Stove

Position the room temperature sensor to appropriately measure the temperature of the room to be heated (avoid
installing near windows or doors).
You can also install a room thermostat "outside the appliance". (see section 5.4)
To activate the appliance, set the switch on the bottom left of the hopper to position (1).
A "window air" damper is located on the top of the cover: This damper should remain closed to obtain the best
performance. However, the damper can be opened to better clean the window depending on the pellet quality and
drawing conditions.
The adjustment devices may be very hot. Always use the heat resistant glove supplied with the appliance when touching
these devices.
