4. Installation
Hazard from electrical power.
Touching live parts can result in electri­
cal shock, burns or death.
• Switch OFF power and interrupt
power supply.
• Using a voltage tester, check to make
sure the light is disconnected from
the power supply.
• Make sure power supply remains
interrupted.
Risk of damage to property!
Mixing up connection leads may pro­
duce a short circuit.
• Identify connection leads.
• Re­connect connection leads.
Preparing for installation
• Check all components for dam­
age. Do not use the product if it is
damaged.
• Select an appropriate site to install
the product.

Mounting procedure
• Check to make sure the power sup­
ply is switched OFF. (Fig. 3.7)
• Mark drill holes. (Fig. 4.5)
• Drill holes (Ø 8 mm) and fit wall plugs.
(Fig. 4.6)
• Feed connection cable through
bracket and aim floodlight head.
Remember to include extra length of
cable for aiming the floodlight head
later on. (Fig. 4.7)
• Aim floodlight head and fix in place
with grub screws. (Fig. 4.8)
• Screw bracket to mounting surface.

• Connect power cable to local power
supply. (Fig. 4.10)
• Switch ON power supply. (Fig. 4.11)

and detection zone can be changed if

Factory settings
– Time setting: 8 seconds
– Twilight setting: daylight mode
Time setting (S versions only)

The time (stay­ON time) can be set
to any period from approx. 8 seconds to
a maximum of 35 minutes. Every move­
ment detected re­activates the light.
Twilight setting (S versions only)

The brightness response threshold
(twilight) can be infinitely varied from
approx. 2 to 2,000 lux.
