3.3. How to operate

3.3.1. 4 Wire Measurement

The "FORCE+" and "SENSE+" terminals must be connected to one end of the
component to be tested, the "FORCE-" and "SENSE-" terminals to the other end.

3.3.2. Inductance measurement

• Press the "POWER" key to turn on the power.
• Press the function key to select Inductance test range.
• Connect the component leads to the test clip.
• Press frequency key to select testing frequency.
• Press the « D / Q / θ » key of the secondary display to select the Q factor.
•
Read the display readings for inductance value and quality factor.
