Storage instructions
The Drilling Machine should be stored at a temperature between +5°C and +40°C and at a Maxi-
mum Relative Humidity of 80%.
Note that there is a battery in the electronic cycle counter option.

Instructions for installation and use
The positive drill 20942/20962 type has been designed to be used with an inlet pressure
included between 6.3 bar (91.3 PSI) and 7.5 bar (108.8 PSI) and a flowrate of 1600 Nl/min.
Before any production machining, verify correct operating by running one noncutting work
test cycle.
In order to get a correct automatic cycle and a maximum efficiency, the inlet pressure of
the tool must not be lower than 5.8 bar (84 PSI) and the inner diameter of the air hose must be
8 mm minimum (.314") to allow enough flow..
The compressed air must be clean and the air supply must be installed with a lubricator regulating
filter (lack or excessive amount of lubrication may affect the performance and life of the unit).
This filter must be placed at the same height or higher than the work station, and maximum hose
length is 5 m.

We recommend 2 drops of oil per minute at nominal flow.
It's strongly recommended to install in the inlet of the tool an FRL to insure the air filtration, the air
regulation and the air lubrication.
Any deviation on above working instructions could generate abnormal operation on drilling peck
cycle of the tool.
For safety purpose, any modification performed on the unit or its accessory parts must first meet
the manufacturer's approval.
For information, for a vertical fixation quarter turn, the body of the machine must be orient on the
left, to the weight of machine could grip on the fixation.
Before use, run one noncutting work test cycle.
