Before using, installing, reparing or changing accessories, read the following instructions.
ANY DEVIATION ON WORKING INSTRUCTIONS COULD GENERATE ABNORMAL TOOL
OPERATION.

Safety advices
•
Before conducting any service on the unit (tool change, maintenance ...), the supply of com-
pressed air must be disconnected or shut off.
•
Wear safety glasses to avoid chip ejections.
•
Care about clothes, hair...regarding moving and rotating parts.
•
Keep hands away from ejecting zone near nose unit.
•
Care about sharpened edges cutters when setting.
•
Care about rapid home spindle return.
•
Before installing a unit on a workstation, check the locking screws and bushings are properly
fixed.
•
The positive feed drills perform high torque and thrust.
•
If securing is not properly made, it may occur the unit disengages.
•
Before starting the machine on the workstation, check if nose unit is properly locked up (ccw).
