10. BLUETOOTH

The DABMAN i300 CD BT can also be connected to an external
device (e.g. smartphone/tablet) via Bluetooth.
Via the Bluetooth connection, the radio can play media
(locally stored MP3 files, streamed music, web radio) on an external device.
The Bluetooth mode is recommended if you are near the radio with a device to be con-
nected and no network connection is available.
Select Bluetooth from the menu.
A Bluetooth connection must be established before you can send audio files to the radio
via Bluetooth.

10.1 Establish a Bluetooth connection

If you have selected Bluetooth mode on the radio,
it is in pairing mode and will search for Bluetooth devices to connect to.
Now activate the Bluetooth function of the external device to be connected (for further
details, please refer to the operating manual of that device). Search for 'DABMAN i300
CD' in the list of available devices, select it and establish the connection. In the radio
display, a Bluetooth symbol appears in the lower left corner.
