Turn on/off power of the balance

Turn on the balance using the

The balance will perform self-test for few seconds. When the zero display appears, the balance is
ready for operations.
Important: If the display not showing zero, press the

Place objects onto the center of pan. Take care that the weighed material should not touch the
balance housing.

Now the weight is displayed. Once the reading is stable, the weighing unit (e.g.
on the right-hand side of the display.

If the objects are heavier than the weighing capacity, the display will show

Put the tare vessel on the weighing plate and press the
zero. The weight of the vessel is now saved.

The taring process can be repeated any number of times, e.g. when adding several components for a
mixture (adding).

The limit is reached when the total weight reaching full capacity of the balance. After removing the
taring vessel, the total weight is displayed as negative reading.

After finishing the weighing process, press the

Using this function the weight of a tare vessel can be stored.
This value also remains saved if the balance meanwhile has been switched off and switched on again.
