1.- First, thread the retaining knob
(142) onto the front of the machine,
Fig.1, by two to five millimetres,
Fig.1A.
Next, lift the mast in the direction of
the arrow until you hear the retaining
knob (142) click into place, taking care
not to pinch the cables.
NOTE: Make sure that you have
heard the retaining knob (142) click
into place before you release the
mast.
Tighten it securely by turning the
retaining knob (142) clockwise.
2.- Lift the monitor in the direction of
the arrow, as shown in Fig.2.
Tighten the monitor retaining knobs
(4-2) and (4-3), located at the back of
the monitor, so that the monitor is held
securely in place.
FITTING BOTTOM SIDE
PANELS.-
Take the side panel (41) and position
it on the main structure (A), Fig.3, use
screws (40) to attach it.
Then do the same with the other side
panel (42) on the right of the machine.
NOTE: The left and right side of the
machine are based on the position
adopted during exercise.
FITTING THE HANDLEBAR.-
To attach the handlebar (7), Fig.4, do
the following:
Remove the protective cover (9),
Fig.4, and position the handlebar on
the central mast (7).
Fit the screws (8) and use the 5mm
Allen key to tighten them.
ATTENTION: Cylinder (Q) Fig.5 is
factory set to high pressure so it must
not be knocked. If it is knocked this
may
damage
operation of the treadmill.
FOLDING YOUR UNIT.-
This treadmill is equipped with a
folding
mechanism
purposes. To use it, stop the treadmill,
lower the elevation level to minimum,
unplug the mains cable and lift the unit
until you hear lever (O) click into
place, Fig.6. Store your unit in a dry
place,
preferably
changes in temperature.
UNFOLDING YOUR UNIT.-
If you wish to use the treadmill, do the
reverse procedure.
Use your foot to press lever (O) in the
direction of the arrow as shown in
Fig.6 and slowly lower the treadmill
belt down to the fl oor.
When folding or unfolding the treadmill
make sure that there are no children
about or obstacles that might hinder
the folding motion.
MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The unit is equipped with wheels (19),
Fig.7 to make it easier to move. Make
sure that the mains cable is unplugged
from the wall socket.
If you wish to move the treadmill, the
first thing to do is to fold it up, place
your hands on the handrails (G & H)
and tilt the treadmill, Fig.7, so that the
wheels (19) rest on the floor.
To prevent accidents DO NOT move
the treadmill across uneven floors.
