Set the stitch width as
necessary
This button sewing foot holds buttons, snaps, hooks
and eyes in place while sewing.
Adjust the stitch width, and turn the

handwheel to check if the needle enters into
each hole in the button.
Place the button in place using the needle as

a guide. The needle should be in the center of
the holes to be stitched.
A pin can be placed on the foot to form a

shank.
Make sure to check if the needle enters into
both holes in the button.
Sew about 10 stitches and cut the needle and
bobbin threads, leaving a 20 cm (8") tail.
Bring the needle thread between the button

and fabric through the holes in the button.
Pull the needle thread to pick the bobbin
thread up through to the right side of the
fabric.
Wind the thread to form a shank and tie them
together.

Raise the feed dogs or remove the darning
plate after sewing.
