10. Entretien
Les systèmes de la série XT ont été conçus de telle sorte d'offrir un fonctionnement fiable et sûr
selon les instructions fournis par Apex Medical. Apex Medical recommande de faire contrôler et
entretenir le système XT par des techniciens agréés en cas de signes d'usure ou de doute
concernant le fonctionnement de l'appareil. Si ce n'est pas le cas, il ne devrait pas être nécessaire
d'entretenir ou de contrôler le dispositif pendant les cinq premières années de vie utile de l'appareil.
11. Garantie Limitée
Apex Medical Corp. (ci-après « Apex ») fournit à son client une garantie fabricant limitée sur tous
les nouveaux produits Apex originaux et toute pièce de rechange installée par Apex conformément
aux conditions de garantie applicables au produit en question et conformément aux périodes de
garantie à la date d'achat comme indiqué ci-après. Cette garantie ne couvre pas les dommages
provoqués par un accident, une mauvaise utilisation, une modification ou tout autre défaut autre
que de matériel ou de main d'œuvre. Pour faire appliquer la garantie, veuillez prendre contact
avec votre concessionnaire Apex agréé.

EMC Warning Statement
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for medical devices for EN
60601-1-2:2007. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference in a typical medical installation. This unit generates, uses and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause
harmful interference to other devices in the vicinity. However, there is no guarantee that
interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful
interference to other devices, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the
user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
Reorient or relocate the unit.
Increase the distance between the conflicting equipment.
Connect the unit into an outlet that is on a different circuit than the other device(s).
Consult the manufacturer or field service technician for help.
This system has been tested to comply with the following voluntary standards:
1.2 Intended Use
This device is intended to provide continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) for the treatment of
adult Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).
Cautions: Some patients might have pre-existing contraindications for CPAP therapy, or
might experience some potential side effects of using CPAP device, please consult
your physician if you have any questions concerning your therapy.
