4. SETTING AGE & CALORIES: Press Mode to set age, calories window will
display:02, distance window will display 25(years old), then can be adjusted by pressing
the Speed +/- buttons.
5. SETTING HEIGHT: Press Mode to set height, calories window will display: F3,
distance window will show: 170mm/68(inches), press the Speed +/- buttons to adjust
height (100-200mm/40-80inches).
6. SETTING WEIGHT: Press Mode to set weight, calories window will display: F4,
distance window will show 70KG/154 pounds, press the Speed +/- buttons to adjust the
weight (20-150KG/44-330 pounds)
7. BODY FAT RATE: Press Mode to enter into body fat function, calories window will
display: 05, distance window will show 00 (body fat rate). To display the body fat rate:
place two hands on the handle pulse sensor for about 8 seconds, distance window will
then show the user's body fat rate.

1. The console is equipped with 2 stereo speakers. An MP3 player can be used by
connecting with the included audio wire.
2. Connect the audio wire to the audio jack on your device and connect to the audio jack
on the console. The volume is controlled by your device. Please control your sound so as
not to damage the speakers and affect clarity of sound.

APP MODE

The screen will display Bluetooth symbol ' ' and data will be shown on the APP if
the APP is connected to the treadmill. Please operate the treadmill according to the
instructions.
SAFETY KEY & ERROR WARNING
Safety Key Unplug:
1. When the safety key is unplugged, the machine will stop automatically and display "E-
07" on the Screen.
2. If the user plugs the safety key back in, the machine will re-start and enter into Idle Mode.
