POSSIBLE CAUSE
A. Power disconnected
B. Safety key in wrong position
C. Signal not being received
D. Broken circuit
E. Fuse is broken
A. Running belt needs lubrication
B. Running belt is too tight
A. Running belt is too loose.
B. Motor belt is too loose
Check the 4 lines that connect the console and see if they are connected properly.
1.Check the + and - connection wires. Make sure they are connected to the + and -
terminals and that the wires are not damaged.
2. Check if the controller has an abnormal smell. Change the controller.
Check to see if the sensor is connected securely or the wire of sensor is damaged or not.
Check if the plug of the sensor is well connected or damaged. Change the sensor.
Check to see if the incline motor wire is connected well, reconnect it to make sure; check
to see the incline motor AC wire is connected correctly; check to see if the incline motor
wire damaged, changed connection wire or incline motor; finished all checking, then press
Start key on lower console.
1. Restart the treadmill.
2. Check if there is abnormal sound or smell when the motor is running. If there is,
change the motor.
3. Check if there is abnormal controller smell, if there is, change the controller.
4. Check Power supply voltage specification. Use the right specification.
1. Stopped with error, the console will make a sound and display an error code. If the
treadmill recovers from stop, enter into standby mode, restart normally.
2.Check to see if the voltage is under 50% of normal; check to see if there is an abnormal
console smell, if there is change console; check to see if the motor wire is connected well.
SOLUTION
Connect the power or the power switch to the "ON"
position.
Put the safety key in the right position.
Check connection to lower control board.
Check system input and output terminals and
communication lines.
Check fuse. Change the fuse.
Lubricate board with silicon.
Adjust running belt.
Adjust running belt.
Adjust motor belt.
