START TRAINING
Quick Start
To begin training, press the START button. The machine will beep and a countdown 3-2-1
will appear and the treadmill will start. It starts at the default speed of .6 mph. Incline and
speed can be adjusted in this program.
PROGRAM
1. User can browse programs by pressing the (P) Program button. (Manual, which is default),
P1-P12, U1 (custom program), HRC (Heart Rate Control, Fat, Body Fat)
2. While in a program, pressing the START/STOP button will pause the program. If you
hold down the START/STOP button for 3 seconds, will return you to the default screen.
MANUAL MODE
1. Press the (P) Program button to select the Manual Program.
2. When you enter the Manual Program, the time value will be 0:00. If you press START,
the TIME, DISTANCE, and CALORIE values will all count up from zero.
3. Once selected, you can set a value/goal for TIME, DISTANCE or CALORIES.
4. To toggle in between TIME, DISTANCE or CALORIES, use the (M) Mode button. As
you toggle in between settings, the window for the setting you are on will flash.
5. When the value is flashing, you can adjust it:
a.) Time - 5-99 minutes
b.) Distance - 1-99 miles
c.) Calories - 5-999
6. You can only select one value/goal. TIME, DISTANCE or CALORIES.
7. Once you have set your value for TIME, DISTANCE or CALORIES, press START and
it will countdown to zero.
8. Once the countdown hits zero, the program will stop and the treadmill will slow down
and the display will flash END. When the machine is at a complete stop, it will beep 11
times and go back to the default manual screen.
PROGRAMS
1. For programs 1-12 the default time is 30:00 minutes and will blink in the time window.
Use the + or - buttons to increase or decrease time (5-99 minutes)
2. Press START and the treadmill will start at the program's pre-set speed.
3. To increase or decrease speed, press the SPEED + or - buttons. Press the instant speed
