4. To increase or decrease Incline, use the up or down arrow buttons. Press the instant incline
buttons to set the incline instantly.
5. Each program is divided into 10 segments and will progress to the next segment at 1/10th
of the time.
6. At each segment change, the machine will beep 3 times before the change.
7. When the time countdown reaches zero, the treadmill will slow down and END will be
displayed. Once the machine is at full stop, it will beep 11 times and go back to the default
screen.
USER MODE SET UP
1. Once in the U-1 User Program, the TIME will flash. Set the TIME (5-99 min) with the
+ / - buttons.
2. Press (M) MODE to accept the time.
3. INCLINE, SPEED and FIRST SEGMENT in the graph should be flashing.
4. Set the INCLINE with the up/down arrow buttons.
5. Set the SPEED with the +/- SPEED buttons.
6. Once the INCLINE and SPEED are set, press the (M) MODE button. That will save the
segment SPEED and INCLINE values.
7. The second segment in the graph should be blinking. Set the SPEED and INCLINE then
press (M) MODE.
8. There are 10 segments in the program, complete them all.
9. Once done with the 10th segment after pressing (M) MODE, the TIME will flash. Press
START to start your new custom program.
10. The Program will move from 1 segment to the next and the machine will beep 3 times
when switching segments. The program will move to the next segment at 1/10th of the set
time.
11. To change the custom program, just follow the same steps above. The program will save
but the time needs to be entered for each use of the program.
HRC SETTING INFORMATION
1. Age setting: 15-80 years old.
2. Target heart rate setting: 80~ (220-AGE) X 0.9
3. Maximum heart rate can not exceed the limit:220-AGE.
4. Heart rate minus user's target rate.
5. HRC program only acknowledges a wireless heart rate. When a user uses hand pulse the
HRC program will not recognize the user.
