indication: Most commonly found in healthy people, it causes by deep
respiration, tachypnea, positional changes, swallow, rage etc.
It also appears in functional cardiac disease such as Wolff - Parkinson -
White Syndrome, rheumatic heart disease, coronary heart disease,
Cardiomyopathy, Congenital heart disease, medicinal reaction
(digitalis toxicosis) etc.
