3/2-way valve
Normally inlet port 1 (P/NC) closed, outlet port 2
(A/OUT) conected with exhaust port 3 (R/NO).
3/2-way valve for vacuum*, with auxiliary

Normally inlet port 1 (P/NC) closed, outlet port 2
(A/OUT) conected with exhaust port 3 (R/NO).
D 3/2-way valve
Normally inlet port 1 (P/NO) connected with
outlet port 2 (B/OUT), exhaust port 3 (R/NC)
closed.
H 5/2-way valve
Normally inlet port 1 (P) connected with outlet
port 2 (A), outlet port 4 (B) connected with
exhaust port 5 (S), exhaust port 3 (R) closed.

The valves Type 6517 and 6519 Namur with plug tabs at the side are
supplied ex works, 5/2-way function. The 3/2 way function is set by
turning the adapter plate 180°.
When using as 3/2-way valve, close port 3 with supplied sealing
plug G1/4. When using on large actuators with fast outlet time, use a
silencer instead of the sealing plug.

L 5/3-way valve
Middle position all port connections closed,
inlet port 1, outlet port 4 and 2, vent of outlet
ports to 5 respectively 3.
N 5/3-way valve
Middle postion pressure inlet port 1 (P) closed,
outlet ports 2 (A) and 4 (B) connected with
exhaust ports 3 (R) respectively 5 (S).
* The vacuum generator must be connected to port 1.
