6.11.3 Tips
• Only heat the amount of milk that you intend to use;
once heated, it will have to be completely poured out
of the jug and cannot be reheated;
• the autosteamer guarantees a correspondence of
± 3°C between the set temperature and the real
temperature of the milk, only by starting from a milk
temperature of 4°C;
• since the dispensing of steam stops on its own when
the set temperature of milk is reached, to prevent
the milk foam from spilling out, it is necessary to in-
troduce a volume of liquid not greater than 1/2 the
capacity of the jug.
• use a suitably-sized container for the amount of milk
that requires frothing.
Cappuccino dispensing
6.12
• Put the suction tube inside the milk;
• place the jug under the spout of the
cappuccino maker;
• open the steam tap, when the de-
sired amount is reached close the
steam tap;
• pour the milk into the cups with
the coffee.
For warm milk without foam, lift the flap of the cappuccino maker
upwards.
For better results, we suggest not to dispense directly into the
coffee cup, but into a jug or pot, and to then pour the foamed
milk on the coffee.
It is recommended to constantly keep the cappuccino maker
clean according to the instructions in paragraph "7.5 Cleaning
operations" on page 69.
