The tubes leading suspension and lubricant to the dosing nozzle
should be cleaned once a week to avoid blockage.
Select Cleaning of all tubes and press ENTER
instructions on the display.
For changing a single suspension or lubricant, remove all the tubes
from the bottles when told, but only insert the tube you want to clean
in the container with water. Then follow the rest of instructions.
If an oxide polishing suspension has been used, the tube should be
cleaned every day before leaving the machine overnight.
Select Cleaning of OP-X tube and follow the instructions on the
display.
This function is used for the dressing/opening of MD-Piano, diamond
grinding discs, diamond pads and the grinding stone.
Select Manual Dressing and press ENTER

Move the disc to be dressed to the front and press ENTER

The discs will start rotating with the low speed, water is applied

and the protection screens can be opened.
Use the dressing stick to dress the disc, and press ENTER

when finished.
(Prepamatic-2 with grinding station only.)
Select Manual Dressing and press ENTER

Move the grinding stone to the front and press ENTER


