Changing the Grinding Stone

This chapter is only valid for Prepamatic-2 with a grinding stone.
For safety reasons the grinding stone is completely encapsulated.
For access to the stone the cover of the grinding chamber has to be
removed.
Remove the 4 finger screws on top of the lid covering the stone

and the cleaning chamber.
Remove the cover.

Swing the tube for the cooling water aside.

Use the 5 mm Allen key to remove the screw from the centre of

the grinding stone.
Remove the flange.

Remove the stone.

Make sure that the rubber mat is clean and lying flat on the steel

disc.
Insert a new stone or a diamond grinding disc.

Insert the flange.

Insert the screw and tighten.

Swing the cooling tube back into position.

Remount the lid and secure it with the 4 finger screws.

