3.2 Assigning the AS−Interface address
Recommendation: Use the Festo addressing device type
ASI−PRG−ADR with adapter cable type KASI−ADR.
Before connecting an AS−Interface slave to the bus:
assign an unused AS−Interface address to each AS−In

terface slave. set the desired address with the AS−In
terface addressing device.
