a. Use the spray tip to align the seals in the tip guard.
b. Push the spray tip onto the tip guard. Press and turn
the spray tip.
c. Turn the arrow shaped handle on the spray tip forward
to the SPRAY position.
4. Screw the spray tip and tip guard onto the pistol and
manually tighten.
Operation
Spray
1. Disengage the trigger lock.
2. Make sure that the arrow-shaped nozzle is pointing to
the front (for spraying).
3. Hold the spray gun vertically approx. 25 - 30 cm away
from the surface of the workpiece. First move the gun and
then actuate the trigger to spray a test pattern. Begin at a
low pressure.
4. Slowly increase the pump pressure until a consistent
spray pattern is produced (the spray gun's operating
manual contains further information about this).
Align spray jet
1. Follow pressure relief procedure.
2. Loosen tip guard retaining nut.
3. Align the tip guard horizontally to spray a horizontal
pattern.
4. Align the tip guard vertically to spray a vertical pattern.
5. Tighten the tip guard securing nut.
