The screw-in back is made of steel and is personalised with an image of the
city where the boutique is located. On it are engraved the identification num-
bers of the case and the individual sequential identification number, the number
of the annual production, the material and the maximum depth of use.
The water-resistance of your watch is guaranteed to a pressure of 10 bar
which correspond to the hydrostatic pressure exerted by a column of water on 1
square centimetre at a depth of 100 metres under normal conditions. In these
circumstances your watch is therefore water-resistant to a depth of about 100
metres.

INDING THE WATCH
The watch Panerai Luminor 1950 10 Days GMT has an automatic mechanical
movement with a 10-day power reserve shown by the linear indicator (H) on
the dial. If the watch is stopped for a long time, it is recommended that it be
rewound with a few clockwise turns of the winding crown (B) in the initial
position after raising the lever of the device protecting the winding crown (A).
S
ETTING THE TIME
1. Raise the lever of the device protecting the winding crown (A) and pull out
the winding crown (B) to the second click (position 2).
2. Check that the local hour hand (C) is superimposed over the second time
zone hand (E). If it is not, push the winding crown back to the first click
(position 1). In this position the hour hand (C) moves in steps of one hour.
Move the hour hand (C) so that it coincides with that of the second time zone (E).
Then return it to position 2 to complete setting the time.
