Step 3: Assembling the pedals and seat
The Pedals (10L & 10R) are marked "L" and "R" - Left
and Right.
Connect them to their appropriate crank arms. The right
crank arm is on the right- hand side of the cycle as you
sit on it.
Note that the Right pedal should be threaded on
clockwise and the Left pedal anticlockwise.
Slide the Vertical Seat Post (20) into the seat post
housing on the main frame (2). Then slide the Seat Post
(20) into the Vertical Seat Post. You will have to slacken
the knurled section of the Spring Adjustment Knob (18)
and pull the knob back and then select and align holes
for the desired height. Release the knob and retighten
the knurled portion.
Now fix the Seat (23) to the Vertical Seat Post (20) as shown, and tighten the bolts around the screws
under the seat.
Step 4: Assembling the hand bar
Connect Sensor Wire A1 with the Computer Plug A2; Fix
the Computer (26) onto the Upright Post (3) with Bolt
(27).
Fix the Handle Bar (4) onto Upright Post with "L" Shape
(15) and Flat Washer (22) Hand bar Cover. Then connect
Hand Pulse Wire B1 on the Computer (26).
Step 5:
Make sure all parts are attached correctly and fully tighten all bolts, nuts and screws.
