Tiling ready frame for the dwelling station Regudis W-HTE
Illust. 13: Placing the tiling ready frame into the wall
recess
8. Push the fixing brackets - short (2) towards the
wall planking from behind as shown in the below
illustration.
Illust. 14: Insertion of the fixing brackets - short
9. Screw the fixing brackets - short (2) hand-tight onto
the fixing brackets (1) which are already attached to
the frame.
10. You can align the frame with the wall planking by
moving the fixing brackets (2) and (3). Once you
have found the correct position, tighten the screws.
11. Fill the free gap in the wall with filler. The filler can
exert pressure on the frame during drying and
deform it. Pay attention to deformations during the
drying phase and correct them if necessary.
Please ensure that there is no filler on the
inside of the frame.
12. Cover the tub-shaped door of the tiling ready frame
as desired, for instance with gypsum plaster board
or tiles.
Please observe that the tub-shaped door is
not torsion-resistant. Rigid adhesive joints
may, for example, lead to cracks in the tile
joints when opening the door.
13. Insert the tub-shaped door with the hinge into the
frame. Make sure that the distance between the
tub-shaped door and frame is the same all around.
14. Fasten the screws in the hinge.

the frame by modifying the position of the magnet.
The closing force of the magnet is increased by re-
ducing the distance between the fixing magnet and
the tub-shaped door.
