POWER-VENTILATORS - This kind of high quality
ventilators ensure an optimal cooling that arise by wor-
king with this high end apparatus.
POWER SWITCH – This welder has a main power
On
switch on the rear panel .
Off
MIG / MAG - Welding with shielding gas or active gas.
MMA - Here takes place a union of the latest inverter
technology in smallest space. For this reason it is possi-
ble to weld bar electrodes up to 4,2mm in best quality.
Due to the extremely low weight, the apparatus are ideal
for the fitters work, but also for the hard use, e.g. on the
construction site. The products are very solid. The auto-
matic adjustment of the fire energy (for the HF but also
for the Lift arc firing) ensures best fire properties.
Inching - Pressing this button starts the wire feed unit
without power feed wire manually. The wire is fed as long
as until the button is released.
LED DISPLAYS - 2 displays show the actual welding
current and welding voltage.
2 CLOCK MODE - the welding process will be star-
ted by pressing the fire contactor, after the Down Slo-
pe Function will be imitated. If the fire contactor will be
pressed during the Down Slope phase or the Post Time
Phase the welding process will be started again.
4 CLOCK MODE - The welding process will be star-
ted by pressing the fire contactor, after again pressing the
fire contactor, the down slope phase will be started.
INDUCTANCE – Adjust the inductance (May change
welding stability, depth of fusion and amount of splashes)

SPOT / SLOT WELDING – Choose between spot
or slot welding (only S-MIG 250C)
INSTALLATION OF THE WIRE COIL AND INSERTING THE WIRE
1.
Open the left side door of the welder by pulling the lever
2.
Please observe the size of the coil holder. The size must match the diameter of
the coil. Place the coil on the rack.
3.
Next pull out the wire clockwise. The beginning of the wire is usually fixed to
the coil, so that the wire can not be separated from the coil. Use a standard
coil. The size of the holder is in accordance with the standard.
4.
Loosen the anchor bolt on the coil holder. Then place the coil on the rack.
Attach the anchor bolt and tighten it so that the wire can not slip off. Please
remember not to attach this element too tightly, as it might negatively impact
the welding effectiveness of the device. Please keep the end of the wire straight
and free of burrs.
5.
Open the rotary knob
6.
Raise the pressure element.
7.
Check that the grooves on the wire feed roll match the wire diameter, if neces-
sary remove the fixing of the wire coil by loosening the screws.
8.
Now lower the pressure element and tighten the knob until the wire runs
evenly on the rolls. If the wire slips on the rolls, tighten the knob further. Cau-
tion: Do not tighten the element too much, as excessive pressure on the rolls
may damage the wire feed motor.
9.
Switch on the welding device. (ON/OFF switch)
10. After making sure that all security measures have been taken, proceed as fol-
lows:
11. Set the required volume of gas at the valve of the gas cylinder.
12. The device is now ready for welding.
